The University of Copenhagen in Denmark has 7000 employees, 100 units & 35000 students. The laboratory has over fifteen years experience in design, synthesis and characterisation of PNA oligomers and of PNA conjugates, and has during this time synthesised more than 3000 PNAs.

 

The facilities include automated peptide synthesiser, HPLC and FPLC equipement, MALDI-TOF mass spectrometer and ramping temperature controlled UV spectrophotometer. The laboratory also has full equipment for cell biology and molecular biology work (cell culture laboratory, centrifuges, PCR equipment, etc.).
