Inserm Transfert, a subsidiary of the French Institute for Health and Medical Research, is the public limited company responsible for the TRYLEIDIAG project management.

Its missions are to insure – through several services – the financing continuum of research projects in health science. In order to achieve such goal, the department offers:

·  a national and international projects design and management service

·  a national and international projects perpetuation service, which after the end of the original financing period, offers both legal and financial research support in order to help to the continuation of the project

·  an Intellectual Property department dedicated to insure the protection of intellectual assets created through all projects (both national and international)

·  a scientific valorisation service aimed both at industries (assets sourcing and deployment) and researchers (research partnerships)

·  Through a sister company, Inserm-Transfert Initiative, a seed fund dedicated to finance when convenient the spin off of matured research projects.
